If today you hear his voice, Harden not your hearts.

Psalm 95

We recognize God’s plan and loving presence in our lives.

First Reading: Habakkuk 1:2-3; 2:2-4 The rash ones have no integrity; but the just ones, because of their faith, shall live.

Second Reading: 2 Timothy 1:6-8, 13-14 God did not give us a spirit of cowardice but rather of power and love and self-control.

Dolton Delahoussaye, Jack Devine, John Duran, Dawn Hassinger, and Lory Manzano.
May God bless them and their families.

When will I have given enough of my income, of my time, of my talents? Today’s Gospel suggests that only total stewardship will do: “When you have done all you have been commanded to do, say, “We are useless servants. We have done no more than our duty.”

“Stewardship by the Book” by Sharon Huekel
