From the El Camino Real - Head towards South San Francisco, turn north on Chestnut Avenue (towards downtown South San Francisco). From Hillside Blvd in South San Francisco- Turn at Chestnut Avenue. Turn right at Grand Avenue. Travel two blocks to Willow Avenue, turn right at Willow Avenue. Mater Dolorosa is on the corner of Willow Avenue and Miller Avenue.

Traveling on Highway 280- Take the Westborough Boulevard exit north (towards downtown South San Francisco). Continue on Westbourough Boulevard past the El Camino Real. Westbourough Blvd becomes Chestnut Avenue. Continue on Chestnut Avenue. Turn left at Grand Avenue. Travel two blocks to Willow Avenue, turn right at Willow Avenue.
