Thank you for your
interest in our Faith Formation Program at
Mater Dolorosa Church. This year
2021-2022, we are offering faith formation
for children and teens in 1st grade
through High school on-line. We offer
faith formation for children and teens in
1st grade through 12th grade. We have
three family meetings each year which
parents/guardians are required to attend.
There are additional parent/guardian
meetings for those children who are
preparing for the sacraments of First
Reconciliation, First Communion and
Confirmation. We also have two breaks from
classes each year during Christmas and
Easter.
Children desiring to
receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation,
First Communion, and Confirmation must be
enrolled one year prior to the year of
preparation for the reception of the
sacrament.
We MUST receive a
copy of your child's BAPTISMAL and/or
COMMUNION CERTIFICATES, the registration
form and payment BEFORE your child is
accepted into our program.
The CFF Registration
forms should be completed online. The link
to the form is below. Forms should be
submitted to the CFF office by August 31,
2021.
