Due to the Corona virus, CLW has been temporarily suspended. Although our in-person gathering has been put on hold until it is safe to gather again, we have worked on ensuring that the children of our parish will continue to be able to listen to and reflect on the Word of God. Each week a video will be available for the children to watch and participate. There will be activity sheets available to download and complete. Completed activities can be e-mailed to cff@mdssf.org and will be featured in the next video.

Children's Liturgy of the Word is a way of presenting the Word of God to the children (Kinder to grade 5) in order to participate actively in the formal worship experience of the community. Beginning with the proclamation of the scripture readings, children are invited to come forward. They are then quietly led to the parish center by the Catechist. Children will rejoin their parents in the church during the Offertory of the Mass.
